About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team in Makkah. This full-time role involves managing and monitoring compliance activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in compliance management.

Role Overview

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for upholding compliance standards across various operational areas. This includes supporting legal and regulatory compliance efforts, conducting assessments, and preparing detailed reports and dashboards. The role requires a proactive approach to compliance monitoring and engagement with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor compliance activities within the organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and established procedures.
• Support external legal and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Conduct thorough compliance assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and develop dashboards.
• Engage effectively with relevant stakeholders on compliance matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in compliance management.
• Proven experience in internal policy compliance, legal, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting compliance assessments, monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI for compliance reporting and dashboard creation.

Work Environment
