About the Role

SGS - Saudi Ground Services is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks across the organization, ensuring alignment with established policies and risk management frameworks.

Role Overview

The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing effective mitigation strategies, and continuously monitoring the organization's risk exposure. This role is critical in maintaining the security posture of systems and data against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments to identify system vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks, compliance, and overall risk exposure.
• Assess risks associated with major system changes and critical third-party suppliers.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of cybersecurity risk management frameworks.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity risk management.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
