About the Role

Twist Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a professional 3D Visualizer to join its design team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on architectural visualization, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality architectural renders and leveraging AI tools to enhance visual outputs. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce professional, realistic 3D renders for architectural projects.
• Specialize primarily in designing and rendering exterior facades.
• Produce high-end photorealistic renders with a high level of realism and detail.
• Develop lighting, materials, landscaping, and environmental elements for visualizations.
• Utilize AI techniques and tools to enhance and develop renders and final outputs, including AI image generation, enhancement, and post-production.
• Convert designs and plans into realistic and convincing visual outputs.
• Implement modifications and comments quickly and accurately while maintaining output quality.
• Prepare professional images and outputs for presentations, marketing, and approvals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in 3D Architectural Visualization, with a preference for specialized experience in exterior facade rendering.
• A very strong portfolio showcasing rendering quality and realism, particularly for exterior facades.
• Proficiency in software including 3ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray, Photoshop, and SketchUp / Revit.
• Experience with AI visualization and AI rendering tools and techniques.
• Ability to integrate 3D rendering, AI, and post-production workflows to produce high-end outputs.
• Advanced understanding of lighting, materials, cameras, composition, and post-production.
• Strong attention to detail and realism, with the ability to visually enhance scenes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.

Specialized Focus

This role specifically seeks expertise in high-end architectural visualization, photorealistic exterior rendering, facade visualization, and the application of AI in architectural visualization and rendering enhancement.
