Haleon is a consumer healthcare company focused on everyday health. We are seeking an Expert Engagement Partner OTC / Wellness & OC South Region (Medical Representative) to join our team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Expert Engagement Partner is responsible for assessing client needs and promoting suitable products from Haleon's portfolio. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals and pharmacists to drive recommendations and prescriptions for OTC, Wellness, and Oral Care products, while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to Haleon policies and procedures, including conducting management monitoring.
• Utilize company values and expectations to guide actions and decisions.
• Assess client needs and present appropriate promoted products.
• Engage with targeted HCPs, pharmacists, and the public sector to promote Haleon OTC & Wellness products (*, Panadol, Centrum) and oral care products (*, Sensodyne, Parodontax, Corega) through effective selling skills and cost-benefit analysis.
• Provide product information and deliver key product messages.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums as recommended by management.
• Align with sales and marketing strategies to ensure consistent marketing and brand messaging.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards, including SOPs and ABAC.
• Maintain trust-based relationships with clients, reflecting Haleon's attributes.
• Conduct territory analysis, planning, problem-solving, execution, competitor feedback, and results reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback purposes.
• Pursue continuous self-learning and professional development.
• Report daily field activities and visits via Veeva to the Regional Sales Manager (RDM) and act on managerial directives to enhance performance.
• Comply with Haleon Samples D/HCPs/HCOs SOPs at all times.
• Complete all mandatory online and classroom training as part of the development process.
• Support the team in improving market share data for OTC, Wellness, and Oral Care products.
• Undertake individual projects to foster personal growth and contribute to company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and present product solutions.
• Proficiency in effective selling skills and cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong understanding of compliance and governance standards.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The position requires active engagement in field activities and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
