About Dräger and the Role

Dräger, a global leader in medical and safety technology, is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join its team in Makkah. Role Purpose and Contribution

The Field Services Engineer is responsible for independently performing all tasks throughout the life cycle of Dräger devices, including installation, maintenance, repair, and corrective actions. This ensures the safety of patients and users. The role also involves generating and developing revenue and DVA for the Life Cycle Services (LCS) business, encompassing service contracts and accessories, through cooperation with both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform corrective repairs and maintenance visits (20% of time).
• Execute technical corrective actions as required (15% of time).
• Generate and develop revenue and DVA within the assigned area of responsibility (20% of time).
• Support the installation team and provide basic orientation training (BIO) (5% of time).
• Provide feedback on quality situations and issues from the field to Service and Quality Management (5% of time).
• Maintain and update the installed database of medical devices and related information in the area of responsibility (5% of time).
• Maintain medical device records in accordance with Dräger standards and local regulations (20% of time).
• Provide support to sales and marketing activities, including replacements, special sales programs, demos, congresses, exhibitions, and workshops (5% of time).
• Represent Dräger Arabia professionally in front of customers whenever requested (5% of time).

Required Experience

Candidates for the Field Services Engineer position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role requires a professional capable of working autonomously and committed to ensuring device safety and operational excellence.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Field Services Engineer will operate directly on location with customers, representing Dräger Arabia and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.
