This full-time Guest Service Officer role is based within the group's airport lounges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Guest Service Officer Role
As a Guest Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering professional guest services within Plaza Premium Group's airport lounges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position is central to ensuring a positive guest experience through courteous, efficient, and responsive service. You will also provide essential support for lounge operations, including the accurate handling of guest records, cash transactions, and various operational checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in procedures and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines.
- Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.
- Assist guests with internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.
- Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report maintenance or cleaning requirements.
- Promote lounge services and facilities while professionally handling guest requests and complaints.
- Manage lost and found items and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle confidential guest information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school certificate or equivalent; a diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience (0-1 years) in hospitality, customer service, or airport operations is an advantage.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Presentable, customer-focused, and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cash handling skills and keen attention to detail.
Work Environment and Conditions
This is a full-time position located at airport facilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including cities such as Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a willingness to work shift duties as operational requirements dictate.
