About the Role
Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Guest Service Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing professional guest services within airport lounges across the Kingdom, ensuring a positive experience for all travelers. The role supports lounge operations through accurate handling of guest records, cash transactions, and operational checks, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in procedures and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines.
- Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.
- Assist guests with services such as internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.
- Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report maintenance or cleaning requirements.
- Promote lounge services and facilities while professionally handling guest requests and complaints.
- Manage lost and found items and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle confidential guest information with integrity and discretion.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be presentable, customer-focused, and professional, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires an individual who can work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role.
- A belief in excellent customer service and treating every person with kindness.
- Ability to listen, adapt quickly, and think innovatively.
- Willingness to work shift duties as required.
Work Environment
This full-time position is based at the airport in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in a dynamic, global environment alongside colleagues from various international backgrounds.
