About the Role

Kid to Kid is seeking a South Boulevard Assistant Manager for its full-time operations in Al Sadiyah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to the store's daily function, focusing on setting the pace on the sales floor, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and coaching team members. The ideal candidate will be dependable, friendly, and take pride in maintaining an organized and shoppable store environment, requiring 0-1 years of experience.

SRG is led by a female founder with extensive retail experience, providing a supportive infrastructure that avoids a traditional corporate feel while pursuing aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from community vendors.
Utilize the computer system to buy and price incoming inventory.
Organize racks, tag, and hang clothing items.
Test toys and assemble equipment as needed.
Process customer transactions at the register and instruct them on selling items to the store.
Contribute to content creation for the store's social media pages.
Execute opening and closing tasks, including system shutdowns, nightly reports, and till management.
Manage inventory, which involves transporting back stock bins to and from the storage unit using a company box truck.
Assist the Store Manager in team leadership functions.
