Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and seeks a License Owner to establish and operate its business in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role is designed for an individual with an entrepreneurial drive who is passionate about football and business, aiming to build and manage their own venture within the Stranger Soccer framework.

Stranger Soccer simplifies access to football games, allowing enthusiasts to browse, book, and play via its acclaimed mobile application. Originating in Singapore, the platform has facilitated over 100,000 games across more than 10 cities worldwide. The company continues to grow, partnering with license owners to expand its reach and make football accessible globally.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand and business operations within Jeddah.
Recruit, train, and lead a core team of 2-3 individuals, alongside freelance Official Hosts, to manage game operations.
Identify and secure optimal time slots at local football venues.
Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives, both digital and direct, to promote the platform as a preferred method for playing football.
Oversee the game schedule, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.
Utilize the operational and technological support provided by the Singapore headquarters.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

A strong passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
Proven business background, preferably in management and customer service roles.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit or prior experience in business ownership.
A firm commitment to owning, developing, and expanding the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
A strong drive for success.

Experience and Compensation

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. This role offers performance-based compensation, aligning rewards with business growth and success.
