Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect

About the Role

E-Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to join their team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and leadership in ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture, covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), EPM, and HCM modules.
• Define functional and technical solution designs that align with business objectives.
• Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery teams.
• Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases, including Design, Build, Test, and Deploy.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.

Business Process and Integration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes.
• Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.
• Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize customizations.
• Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
• Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and data governance frameworks.
• Ensure seamless integration with non-Oracle systems such as CRM, HRMS, and legacy systems.

Stakeholder Engagement and Performance

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP solution architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Finance, EPM, and HCM.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on ERP transformation and solution delivery.
