Payable Accountant

About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking a Payable Accountant to join a facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing supplier accounting and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Record invoices and reconcile supplier accounts and statements.
• Prepare payment schedules and coordinate approvals with relevant teams.
• Monitor outstanding balances and support month-end closing and audits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SOCPA certification is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company.

Required Skills

• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• Demonstrated analytical ability.
• High attention to detail.

Work Environment

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within a facility management and manpower services company under Alesayi Holding. The role is full-time.
