About the Role

Seara International is seeking a Procurement Officer to join their team in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the efficiency of all purchasing activities within the organization. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and review purchase requisitions (PR) from various departments.
Collect and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Place purchase orders (PO) accurately within the ERP system.
Send purchase orders to suppliers and follow up to confirm order receipt.
Monitor and follow up on the deliveries of all open orders.
Periodically monitor and assess supplier performance.
Verify that received items conform to purchase orders and contracts.
Perform all activities related to cash purchases.
Manage any additional assignments as directed by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage purchasing activities efficiently.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within the procurement department to support the company's operational needs.
