About the Role

Elsewedy Electric Power Systems Projects is seeking a Project Facilities Senior Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of site mobilization and ongoing facilities management for project operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on site mobilization requirements, including caravan installation and the provision of water and electricity sources.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely provision of necessary equipment and tools for operations.
• Arrange and maintain high standards of safety and quality for employee accommodation on site.
• Organize employee transportation to and from the site and manage their related requirements.
• Control buffet materials and cleaning tools for site offices.
• Oversee housekeeping activities across the site, maintaining high standards and quality.
• Manage requests for maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, and offices.
• Control assets for all site operations across multiple locations.
• Organize events and meetings, and make travel and hotel arrangements for guests and foreign personnel.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with various departments at the Head Office and other sites.
• Order and manage all furniture requests for site offices.
• Manage and maintain an effective filing system for the department.
• Control keys and lock changes for offices, including ordering necessary supplies.
• Provide essential facilities services such as catering, pest control, waste disposal, parking, and rest areas.
• Manage and maintain stationary supplies for the site, controlling usage.
• Manage the site's seating plan, ensuring it is current, and allocate office spaces for maximum efficiency and capacity.
• Handle all required calibration certificates for operated tools and equipment, and monitor their expiry dates.
• Follow up on all Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Fixed Asset Requisitions (FARs), Expense Reports (ERs), and Material Return Vouchers (MRVs) for the site, ensuring their completion.

Safety and Quality Compliance

• Maintain safety standards and comply with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System Requirements.
• Take reasonable care of personal health and safety, and that of others in the workplace.
• Adhere to and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

Social Accountability

• Maintain the company’s social management system policy by following and reporting any deviations against the PSP IMS policy.
• Comply with social accountability requirements according to the SA8000 standard.
• Cooperate with the SP team for communication aimed at improving and enhancing the implementation and compliance with the company’s social management system.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project facilities management or a similar capacity.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence and active management of facilities across project locations.
