The Opportunity: QA Technician

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to join its team in Rabigh, Makkah. This full-time role is integral to coordinating all quality-related aspects within poultry operations, supporting the Quality team in effectively managing quality standards within the plant. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality aspects within Poultry Operations under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM (Poultry).
• Assist the Quality team within the plant in managing all quality-related functions effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma degree in Food Sciences or other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.
• Experience in a Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Experience at a supervisory level.
• Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems, and audits.
• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health.
• Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.
