The Role of Salesforce Supervisor

The Salesforce Supervisor will be responsible for managing and enhancing Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and ensure effective CRM performance. This role involves close coordination with IT and business teams to align CRM strategies with operational objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Salesforce applications, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
• Lead Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor system performance, address issues, manage integrations, and respond to user requirements.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, dashboards, and reporting functionalities.
• Ensure CRM solutions are aligned with established business processes and objectives.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, user support, and adoption activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and adherence to system standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant Salesforce role. Strong Salesforce expertise and proven project coordination skills are essential. Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or broader food service industry is also required.

Technical Expertise

The role requires proficiency in managing and supporting various Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in developing and maintaining workflows, dashboards, and reporting functionalities is necessary. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, resolving issues, managing integrations, and addressing user requirements effectively.
