About the Role

Astek is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to join our client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving key initiatives and product enhancements, leveraging a strong background in Salesforce solutions to meet strategic business objectives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Salesforce Product Manager will play a critical role in transforming core systems to improve discoverability, expand customer reach, and foster sustainable sales growth. This involves strengthening the platform's capabilities across various services, with a focus on effective integration and utilization of Salesforce functionalities to enhance overall product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform merchant and menu systems to enhance discoverability, customer reach, and sustainable sales growth.
• Strengthen the platform by developing e-commerce capabilities, ticketing services, events, and auctions.
• Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals, effectively integrating Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners to support ticketing and shipping services, enhancing Salesforce integration.
• Oversee the redesign of the application to improve usability and customer experience, ensuring compatibility with Salesforce functionalities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
• Partner with designers to shape user experience (UX) flows and wireframes, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Conduct external meetings with partners and engage stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Perform market analysis and benchmarking for insights into competitors and internal processes, utilizing Salesforce data capabilities.
• Conduct testing with stakeholders to guarantee a seamless user experience, particularly focusing on Salesforce features.
• Analyze business needs to implement systems that enhance customer retention and engagement, leveraging Salesforce tools.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated strong background in Salesforce. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycles and the ability to integrate complex Salesforce solutions into product strategies.
