Salon Manager/ Supervisor

About the Role

SO Original Art and Beauty Jeddah is seeking a Salon Manager/Supervisor to oversee all operational aspects of the salon. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on implementing strategies to achieve performance targets and ensuring high standards across all salon functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and update business and marketing plans to drive salon growth.
• Manage the financial budget, control costs, and prepare revenue and expense reports for owners/board of directors.
• Ensure the salon’s operating procedures and policies manuals are implemented and updated as required.
• Supervise daily salon operations and liaise with department heads to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
• Assist in the development and updating of the salon menu.
• Manage client feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Reference and abide by the Salon’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in salon management or a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial budgets and operational procedures.
• Strong understanding of business and marketing plan development.
• Proficiency in maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Work Schedule

The role requires flexibility to work shift hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate salon operational needs.

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
