About the Role

Jobskey is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position involves developing innovative engineering solutions within a recruitment agency that specializes in the accounting industry. The role focuses on leveraging mechanical engineering expertise to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to project outcomes.

Role Context and Impact

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems that support recruitment processes. This includes applying advanced engineering principles to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations. The role also involves guiding junior engineers, providing mentorship, and contributing to strategic decisions and technological advancements within the engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical systems tailored for the recruitment agency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution, utilizing project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct thorough analyses of existing mechanical systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective modifications to optimize performance.
Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and foster continuous learning within the team.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate mechanical solutions into overall business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
