Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall store business performance.
• Work towards achieving established store sales targets.
• Build and expand a base of loyal VIP customers through recruitment and retention strategies.
• Manage the store team effectively.
• Ensure full adherence to brand guidelines and established store operational processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage and expand a client book using CRM tools.
• Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication.

Essential Skills

• Team Leadership: Ability to guide and develop a sales team.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Clienteling Expertise: Proficiency in client relationship management and growth.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, particularly in English.
• Styling & Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of luxury fashion trends, materials, and craftsmanship, with the ability to provide expert styling advice and personalized wardrobe curation.
