The Role: Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to join Al-Henaki Real Estate Development. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is central to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our property portfolio, while fostering positive tenant relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance: Oversee and coordinate all necessary maintenance and repairs for properties. This includes scheduling routine maintenance and managing emergency repairs to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
• Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate and timely solutions to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Leasing Operations: Execute all aspects of the leasing process, from identifying prospective tenants and conducting background checks to preparing and finalizing lease contracts.
• Rent Collection: Monitor the rent collection process, ensuring all payments are received on schedule. Address cases of delayed payment and take necessary actions as required.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports on property performance. These reports will include details on revenues, expenses, and any significant issues related to maintenance or tenants.
• Compliance and Legal: Ensure all property-related activities comply with local laws and regulations. Manage legal matters pertaining to properties, such as addressing penalties or resolving legal disputes.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or real estate management is required, with a preference for candidates possessing 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing real estate and property management.
• Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management tools and relevant software applications.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a professional and dynamic real estate development setting.
