About the Role

شركة سكاب العربية للمقاولات is seeking a skilled Government Projects Engineer to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and executing government projects through the Etimad platform, requiring a strong understanding of technical and financial aspects of tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing and submitting government projects via the Etimad platform.
• Preparing and organizing technical and financial files for government tenders.
• Studying tender conditions and specifications, and analyzing tender requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, cost calculations, and pricing.
• Reviewing technical and financial offers to ensure compliance with submission requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing and submitting government projects through the Etimad platform.
• Proficiency in preparing and organizing technical and financial files for government tenders.
• Familiarity with civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Experience in studying conditions and specifications booklets and analyzing tender requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, calculating costs, and pricing.
• Ability to review technical and financial offers and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
