About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Guard to join their team in Najran. This full-time position involves providing security for industrial premises and controlling access to properties. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring company premises regularly to deter unauthorized activities and ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras to identify any disruptions or unlawful activities.
• Verifying material delivery notes, asset transfer notes, and release requests.

Role Accountabilities

• HR Proficiency: Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating openness to directions and feedback.
• Delivery: Utilize tools and machinery efficiently in terms of cost and time. Execute operational activities according to delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving any related issues that arise and escalate complex operational problems as needed.
• Quality: Implement quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
• Business Process: Execute tasks in line with established work routines and instructions.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a security or guarding role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide security for industrial plants, grounds, warehouses, or other properties.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Najran, focusing on maintaining security within an industrial setting.
