About the Sales Representative Role

Ninja, a fast-growing quick-commerce platform, is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Najran, Najran Province. This full-time position is focused on driving sales by expanding our network of restaurant partners and supporting existing ones to maximize their performance on the platform.

Role Purpose

The Sales Representative plays a key role in building strong relationships with restaurant partners, increasing revenue, and ensuring partner satisfaction within the Najran market. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of field and office work to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential restaurant partners for the Ninja platform.
Present and promote the platform and its services to prospective partners.
Negotiate and successfully close sales deals with new partners.
Provide ongoing support to existing restaurant partners to help increase their sales.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners.
Achieve established monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes for partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.

Work Environment
