At Damas, a leader in the luxury jewellery market since 1907, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our retail team. The role of Consultant is vital in converting prospective sales into actual sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Successfully meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Develop client portfolios proactively.
• Maintain the store to meet Damas standards.
• Exhibit excellent product knowledge, both of our items and the competition.
• Showcase outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
• Manage stock control and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Adapt your selling approach based on customer needs and motivations.
• Negotiate and manage any customer objections effectively.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Senior High School Graduate.

Experience:
• 5 to 7 years in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of jewellery is advantageous.

Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, as needed.
