Join ALBAIK Food Systems Co. as an Architectural Design Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee architectural design reviews for new projects and renovations while ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational requirements. This role will involve contributing to design development initiatives that enhance functionality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
  • Provide technical feedback ensuring quality and accuracy of submissions.
  • Monitor project milestones and coordinate timely progress.
  • Conduct site visits to align design intent with site execution.
  • Coordinate technical inputs with cross-functional departments.
  • Contribute to concept development, remodeling, and new layout initiatives.
  • Prepare concept drawings, test-fit layouts, and feasibility studies.
  • Evaluate materials, fixtures, and equipment for compliance.
  • Support ongoing improvement of design standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • 3–6 years of experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality architectural design.
  • Strong skills in design review, coordination, and communication.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and visualization tools.
  • Good understanding of operational layout and project management principles.
