About the Driver Bus Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a dedicated Driver Bus to join its team in Neom. This full-time role involves safely transporting guests to and from assigned destinations using property vehicles, ensuring a professional and clean experience. The Driver Bus plays a crucial part in upholding The Ritz-Carlton's renowned "Gold Standards" of luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using company vehicles.
• Document all trips thoroughly before commencement and upon conclusion.
• Park vehicles in designated locations when not in active use.
• Conduct regular inspections of property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
• Monitor tire pressure and fluid levels, refueling vehicles as necessary.
• Report any vehicle maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel.
• Document all vehicle incidents, such as damages or accidents, and provide reports to the manager or supervisor.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete all required safety training and certifications.

Guest Service and Operational Standards

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Express genuine appreciation to guests.
• Communicate with colleagues using clear and professional language, utilizing electronic devices as required.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• License: A valid Driver’s License is mandatory.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to read and visually verify information presented in various formats, including small print.
• Capability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify potential defects.
• Capacity to move at speeds necessary to respond effectively to work situations (*, running, walking, jogging).
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire work shift.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects exceeding 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions.
• Requires continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
