Al-Qaryan Group is seeking a Hydraulic Mechanic to join their team in Yanbu, Al Madinah. This full-time position involves performing essential repairs and maintenance on various heavy equipment and machinery. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of heavy equipment and machinery by performing comprehensive repair and maintenance services. The Hydraulic Mechanic will be responsible for addressing issues across all makes and models of equipment, focusing specifically on hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems for heavy equipment and machinery.
• Demonstrate familiarity with various hydraulic systems, including control valves, hydraulic pumps, and pilot systems.
• Perform overhauling of hydraulic pumps and control valves.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics accurately.
• Possess knowledge of proper working pressures for hydraulic pumps.
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits related to hydraulic controls (hydroelectrical systems).
• Execute preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
• Provide technical support to all departments and customers as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in hydraulic system repair and maintenance for heavy equipment.
• Proven ability to work with various hydraulic components and systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hydraulic and basic hydroelectrical systems.

Work Location

This position is based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and requires on-site presence to manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
