About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking an experienced and detail-focused QA/QC Inspector to join our team in Yanbu. This full-time role involves monitoring, inspecting, and documenting construction activities to ensure compliance with project quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards throughout construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control practices, construction materials, and international standards, with a preference for experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and random inspections of site activities, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Review and verify Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards, specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor and document quality performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, test results, and quality documentation.
• Assist in material receiving inspections to confirm compliance with approved material submittals and technical specifications.
• Participate in regular site audits and provide support during internal and external quality assessments.
• Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, site engineers, and construction supervisors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare daily QC inspection reports and update the QC tracking system.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably within a PMC environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control practices, construction materials, and international standards.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, inspect, and document construction activities thoroughly.
