About the Role

Master-Works is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This full-time role focuses on solving real-world business problems through innovative AI applications. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience and be comfortable transitioning models from research to production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using AI technologies, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and big data analytics.
Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, covering data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced techniques to provide actionable solutions.
Integrate AI solutions with existing systems to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and training in AI-related fields.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Track and evaluate the performance of AI models to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with AI tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Strong programming skills in Python.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
Ability to work with and analyze big data.
Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and software engineering best practices.
Experience with MLOps, containerization, and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or prompt engineering.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
