Assistant Room Service Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Room Service Manager to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on delivering guest experiences and upholding hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring high standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience
