C&W Communication Demand Management Analyst

About the Role

stc is seeking a C&W Communication Demand Management Analyst to join its team. This full-time position is responsible for supporting and coordinating the end-to-end management of C&W marketing communication demand, ensuring all requests are effectively planned, prioritized, tracked, and executed. The role operates in alignment with Corporate Relations strategies, guidelines, governance requirements, and approvals, and includes maintaining communication calendars, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage C&W marketing communication demand from end-to-end, ensuring requests are captured, assessed, prioritized, tracked, and executed in line with Corporate Relations strategies and approvals.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update the C&W marketing communications annual calendar in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate C&W public relations and media presence across local, regional, and global channels in close collaboration with Corporate Relations.
• Coordinate joint communication campaigns and initiatives between C&W, Corporate Relations, subsidiaries, and relevant stakeholders to ensure message consistency, timing alignment, and effective execution.
• Manage and track ad hoc C&W and FOM marketing communication requests by assessing scope, urgency, dependencies, required approvals, and delivery timelines.
• Consolidate and coordinate subsidiaries’ marketing communication requests to support alignment with Group messaging, governance requirements, and execution standards.
• Serve as the coordination point with the GCEO Office on behalf of center3 for communication-related requests, supporting content alignment, approvals, follow-ups, and final deliverables.
• Support the definition of communication campaign objectives in coordination with Corporate Relations and participate in post-campaign reviews to assess effectiveness and capture key learnings.
• Track communication campaign performance and delivery status, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to improve future planning and execution.
• Maintain communication dashboards and prepare periodic performance, activity, and status reports to support management visibility, decision-making, and executive updates.
• Coordinate local and international award submissions across the C&W cluster, including collection of required information, content coordination, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and timely submission.
• Maintain accurate records of communication requests, campaigns, approvals, deliverables, awards submissions, and related performance information.
