About Shangri-La Jeddah

The Role: Spa Therapist (Female)

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing guests with treatments and services that align with the Spa’s vision and objectives. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service to guests throughout their spa experience, adhering to hotel standards.
Manage all guest requests and perform treatments in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms consistently.
Familiarize yourself with spa packages, facilities, and equipment, noting guest preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrated passion for wellness and holistic health.
Possession of certificates from CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA, or an equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a spa or hotel environment is preferred.
Enjoys interacting with people.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
