The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I for its Poultry operations in Hail. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team to manage the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The successful candidate will ensure that internal customer requirements are met within established performance parameters, focusing on efficiency, minimizing loss-in-process, and achieving zero non-conformance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing.
• Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products.
• Meet internal customer requirements regarding product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor and manage team performance against efficiency and loss-in-process parameters.
• Work towards achieving zero non-conformance in all processing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality standards.
