About the Role

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The Team Leader will be responsible for meeting internal customer requirements while adhering to management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance. This involves targeting specific product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
