About the Role

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient processing of specified poultry products. The Team Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of efficiency, minimizing loss-in-process, and achieving zero non-conformance, all while strictly adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing operations.
• Oversee the efficient intake and processing of poultry to meet internal customer demands.
• Ensure operations meet established management performance parameters, including efficiency targets and loss-in-process reduction.
• Implement and monitor processes to achieve zero non-conformance in product output.
• Guarantee strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operational processes effectively.
• Experience in a poultry processing or similar food production environment is preferred.
