The Role: Chef de Parties All Day Dining

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking passionate and skilled Chef de Parties to join its All-Day Dining team. This full-time role involves executing high-quality dishes that align with the resort's wellness-focused menus, while maintaining operational efficiency and supporting team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes daily, in line with wellness-focused menus.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned kitchen sections.
• Support the maintenance of HACCP records and other kitchen documentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and smooth operations.
• Demonstrate positive communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a culinary professional with a strong background in international cuisine.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and high standards of food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and basic kitchen documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to supporting the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in maintaining operational excellence.
