Coordinator Catering

About the Role

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd is seeking a Coordinator Catering to join their team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting catering operations across the Saudi fleet and managing related logistics and administrative tasks. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all catering operations onboard the Saudi fleet.
• Collect and submit monthly meal sheets for approval from the Aramco Tanajib office.
• Coordinate ship provision supply and provide logistic support.
• Assist with crew changes and Aramco ID appointments for catering-related third-party companies.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) for all vessel catering needs using Ns & SAP systems.
• Provide assistance with the operation and maintenance of the Saffaniya guest house catering.
• Assist with building maintenance and renovation for the Saffaniya guest house and warehouse.
• Offer operational support for guest house catering services.
• Oversee general maintenance for accommodation assets.
• Submit monthly Saffaniya office invoices after correction checks and assist with invoice uploads via Esker.
• Plan weekly menus and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage room allotment for guest house staff and update allocations on a weekly basis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to support catering and logistical operations.
• Experience with administrative tasks including invoice processing and PO creation.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using systems like Ns & SAP for procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support various operational aspects.
• Attention to detail for invoice correction and data submission.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, involving support for offshore fleet operations and onshore guest house facilities.
