Digital Supply Chain Lead

About the Role

NextEra is seeking a highly experienced Digital Supply Chain Lead to represent and grow its Supply Chain practice. This full-time role, based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, involves leading strategic consulting engagements, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful program delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for the Supply Chain domain across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Digital Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for driving business growth and thought leadership within the Supply Chain practice. This position requires strong consulting, pre-sales, client engagement, and delivery experience, specifically within Supply Chain and Digital Transformation programs. The role involves working with large enterprises and defining transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Supply Chain practice, focusing on consulting, solution development, and capability building.
• Collaborate with CXOs and business leaders to define transformation roadmaps and achieve measurable business value.
• Support business development activities, including client pursuits, proposal generation, workshops, and strategic engagements.
• Lead end-to-end digital supply chain transformation programs encompassing planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, supplier collaboration, and analytics.
• Advise clients on innovative solutions utilizing AI, automation, IoT, cloud technologies, and advanced analytics.
• Provide strategic oversight for project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and value realization.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, customer events, and executive engagements, contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain consulting, business transformation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of working with large enterprises.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on exposure to leading Supply Chain platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM Cloud, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Manhattan Associates, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, or similar solutions is highly valued.
