Director Data Management

About the Role

NCGR - National Center for Government Resources Sys. is seeking a Director Data Management to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves participating in setting general objectives, policies, and operational plans, and managing, planning, and organizing the work of subordinate organizational units. The Director will ensure the availability of all technical and human resources to maintain daily operations with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in setting the general administration's objectives, policies, initiatives, and operational plans, defining key objectives, target values, and measurement mechanisms.
• Review, raise, and present work and achievement reports to senior management.
• Identify the general administration's needs for competencies and talents, and make recommendations regarding human resources decisions such as incentives, appointments, promotions, and transfers of employees within subordinate organizational units.
• Coordinate the work of subordinate organizational units, monitor and follow up on employee performance, evaluate their performance, identify their training needs, recommend necessary training courses, and participate in monitoring the success and effectiveness of these courses.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with external business partners, coordinate joint projects and efforts, and ensure effective internal communication channels for high integration among subordinate organizational units.
• Ensure the availability of all necessary modern technologies and tools to enable employees of subordinate organizational units to apply work principles and methods as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Security+.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the same or related fields.
