About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Captain to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily banquet operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience within the Food and Beverage outlets. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with guests to enhance their experience and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
Supervise the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring all items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
Communicate event details, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
Ensure proper breakdown of function rooms and correct storage of all equipment after events.
Manage the Food and Beverage team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition of performance.
Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
