About the Role

Edition is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Saudi National) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Front Desk Agent acts as a Guest Experience Expert, guiding guests throughout their stay and ensuring operational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guests, guiding them through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
• Ensure transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all interactions and services.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver a wide range of guest services.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional conduct and appearance.
• Capacity to perform job duties that require physical activity, including standing and light lifting.
