About the HRIS Intern Role at Ninja

Ninja is seeking a motivated HRIS Intern to join its Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates or current students, and focuses on supporting the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data within HRIS systems.
• Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
• Provide support for HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
• Assist in generating various HR reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends.
• Support system updates, testing, and the implementation of new HRIS processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the integrity of all data.
• Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes for clarity and consistency.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to effectively resolve HRIS-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or currently enrolled student.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
