About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing support to HR department managers and contributing to a positive experience for guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide front office support, assisting guests, applicants, and team members with professional service.
Support daily office operations through administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
Manage communications, including handling phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination.
Coordinate travel arrangements for HR department managers.
Assist with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
