The Role of Information Technology Lead

The Information Technology Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting APC OFS’s IT infrastructure and services, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across all company locations. The Lead will manage network operations, maintain hardware and software systems, and implement best practices for cybersecurity and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support APC OFS’s IT infrastructure and services.
• Manage network operations and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Ensure secure and reliable connectivity across company locations.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Implement best practices for cybersecurity and data protection, managing overall cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide user support and training.
• Document IT procedures and configurations.
• Plan and execute IT projects.
• Support business applications and contribute to continuous improvement of technology solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
• Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure and services.
• Experience with network operations, hardware, and software maintenance.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The Information Technology Lead will work within a professional environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence in oilfield services.
