About the Role

Ruya Recruitment is assisting a prominent organization in Saudi Arabia with the search for an experienced Investor Relations Manager. This full-time, senior leadership position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia and requires a candidate with strong investor relations expertise and the ability to build effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing key relationships within the investment community and coordinating essential communications. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to effectively convey the company's performance, strategy, and growth narrative to investors and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with institutional investors, analysts, portfolio managers, investment banks, and research firms.
Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, market announcements, and regulatory submissions.
Lead the coordination and preparation of the company’s Annual Report.
Identify and participate in regional and international investor conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings.
Work closely with senior leadership to communicate the company’s performance, strategy, and growth story effectively to the investment community.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Investor Relations.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment community dynamics.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in the Eastern region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a leading organization and engaging with a broad network of financial professionals.
