About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Management Specialist to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on comprehensive contract management, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting project stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining robust contract documentation and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate contract documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable terms for the company while minimizing risk.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures.
Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Monitor and track contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, and payments.
Identify and mitigate contract risks, proposing solutions to resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and documentation.
Support the management of the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, including modifications and extensions.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
Collaborate with legal counsel as necessary to resolve complex contract issues.
Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in contract management and related responsibilities.
