Athr Agency is a startup based in Saudi Arabia. The agency is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to develop and implement operational systems that support its growth and scaling objectives.

The Role of Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire workflow from initial brief to final delivery of marketing campaigns. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring campaigns are launched efficiently, within budget, and with measurable outcomes. The role involves significant ownership in shaping the agency's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage agency workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project management tools.
Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
Construct dashboards and reports for both clients and internal teams.
Monitor budgets, team capacity, and freelance resources.
Serve as the primary liaison between creative, accounts, and media teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to build and optimize operational systems and workflows.
Proficiency in managing various marketing technology tools.
Experience in project coordination and resource management.
