About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a PHD Peer Reviewer specializing in Electrochemistry for a long-term, stable part-time position. This role supports remote work and is based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating scientific manuscripts to ensure their quality and integrity prior to publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, verifying that they contribute new knowledge or insights to the field of electrochemistry.
• Evaluate the study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity to ensure reproducibility of results.
• Review the literature to confirm that the manuscript thoroughly incorporates and cites relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions, determining if they are presented clearly and appropriately, and if conclusions are supported by the data and significant to the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns within the manuscript.
• Recommend publication status (acceptance, revision, or rejection) based on a comprehensive evaluation, which will inform the journal editor's final decision.

Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD in a relevant field with a specialization in Electrochemistry.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in academic research or industry, with a strong background in electrochemistry.
• Demonstrated expertise in scientific writing and critical analysis of research papers.

Work Arrangement
