PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role

L & T Case Equipment Private Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee EHV TL projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive responsibility for project planning, execution, and successful delivery, ensuring adherence to SEC requirements, project timelines, quality, safety, and budget. Preference will be given to candidates who are SEC-approved Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from mobilization through energization and handover.
• Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and material requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of all milestones.
• Lead activities across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Identify potential project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with SEC/NG-SEC standards, quality protocols, and HSE requirements.
• Manage commercial matters, including variations, claims, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive effective stakeholder management and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely project completion, comprehensive documentation, and final handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in EPC 380kV TL Projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Exposure to projects involving SEC, National Grid SA, or other major utility companies.
• A strong track record in delivering substation civil works safely, within budget, and on schedule.
• Immediate availability and a transferable iqama are considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on critical EHV TL projects. The role requires active coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
