The Role of Pay Expansion Executive

Foodics is seeking a Pay Expansion Executive to specialize in POS/cash management. This full-time role focuses on increasing the adoption of Foodics Pay products within the existing customer base. The executive will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Operations, and Sales, to identify and create opportunities for customer portfolio growth. The position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience, strong skills in sales, account management, and product knowledge, complemented by a technical background to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Foodics Pay products to existing clients.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.
• Cultivate solid customer relationships to ensure high-value outcomes, growth, and revenue generation.
• Close pre-generated opportunities from cross-functional teams and consult with customers on potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Understand the market landscape and align with customers on market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate and showcase Foodics products.
• Conduct product demonstrations with potential customers and ensure product utilization.
• Report on closed wins and losses, and enhance processes for improved results.
• Communicate periodically with the Sales Expansion Team Leader on process optimization, offers, bundling, and customer feedback.
• Initiate customer calls, schedule meetings, and stay informed of customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, pipeline, and funnel management, including managing entire sales cycles and ensuring full-service delivery.
• High agility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Possess ownership, an analytical mindset, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience working as a team player within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold a valid driving license and own a car.
• Familiarity with the different cities of the assigned country.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel occasionally, both within and outside the assigned area.
• A strong interest in technology and being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
• An interest in the food and restaurant industry.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that involves close collaboration with various internal teams. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and market understanding, with a component of fieldwork and travel as needed.
